Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Our products are sourced internationally, which allows us to offer competitive pricing. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
• United States: 12 to 25 business days
• Canada: 14 to 28 business days
• United Kingdom: 12 to 22 business days
• Australia: 15 to 30 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery timeframes.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within 10 business days of your order being dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update in the carrier's system after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean your order is lost.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility — even for orders that originally included free shipping.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@gotrive.com. In the event your order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
