This addendum supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to customers located in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and the state of California, USA.

For EU & UK Customers (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, you have the following additional rights:

• The right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

• The right to restrict processing of your data

• The right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests

• The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (your purchase) and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

For California Customers (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used

• Request deletion of their personal information

• Opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell your data)

• Non-discrimination for exercising their privacy rights
