Return & Refund Policy – Gotrive

We want you to love your Gotrive purchase. If something is not right, please reach out to us — we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• All original packaging is intact

• The item has not been damaged or modified by the customer

Returns for items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items returned outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Accepted Reasons for Return

• Item arrived defective or damaged

• Item received is significantly different from what was described

We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or change of mind, unless the item is defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gotrive.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the following in your message:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

• Photos of the item if it is defective or damaged

We will respond within 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in processing or dispatch and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

All refunds are accompanied by a confirmation email. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

Incorrect Address — No Refund

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us for this reason and you request reshipment, the new shipping cost will be charged to you.
